On August 30-31, we will have a blue moon which is August's second supermoon. The moon will be the closest, biggest, and brightest full supermoon of 2023. The next time we’ll have a closer full supermoon is November 5, 2025. A blue moon is an 'extra' full moon that disrupts the normal lunar cycle.
